We had to find a new home in Texas while we were in California and unable to go there at all to do it. She was amazing! She went above and beyond to treat us like family and gained our trust quickly. She gave us all our options and all the different scenarios and what we would be paying and helped us make a good decision on what we could truly afford. She was so professional and full of integrity! I highly recommend her!

My husband got orders to PCS to Texas from California. We already have an investment property and I wasn’t sure if we would be able to get another property. Hillary was fantastic and knew all the ins and outs of VA loans. She gave us all our options and the different payment scenarios and was honest and helpful in her advice. I’m not great with numbers so I was appreciative for how she explained everything so there would be no surprises. She helped us figure out what was in our budget and got us into a great home very quickly and relatively easy. We never got to go in person to Texas to work on any of the process so it was a great burden off our shoulders to know we were in capable hands. We truly feel blessed to have had her on our side!

Hillary Moussali (The Loan Lady) and her team are the absolute best! They were able to finance our home purchase even though we had a very complicated situation that no other loan officers wanted to touch! And they were SUPER friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend working with Hillary!

Hillary Moussali! Is that type of person you don’t encounter on an every day basis. Maybe once every few years. But let me tell you! Hillary was absolutely fantastic nothing short of brilliant. She was informative, clear, and helped us understand the process of buying our first home.
