I already have been referring people even before the deal was closed. Hillary and team have been nothing but easy to work with. There’s a lot of unknowns and fears with buying your first house but we never felt judgement, they were always kind and helpful.

Hillary, Rebecca and the rest of her staff was so easy to work with. The amount of paperwork asked to submit is typically large but being provided clear actionable steps made the process so much easier. Hillary even helped me to find a lower interest without paying extra.. She is a creative person, helping me with resources that I could afford my newer home.. Thank you so much..

Hillary at LoanPeople made it much easier and possible for me to purchase my new home. Her and her team was so easy to communicate with and of course the amount of paperwork can be extremely intimidating but being provided clear actual steps made it so much easier and a smoother process. She was able to find a lower interest rate without me having to pay extra to get locked into that lower interest rate. She is resourceful.

I had some unusual challenges with my financing and they found ways to still be able to approve my loan. Even with unexpected setbacks they still managed to get me to closing in 22 days.
