I just wanted to express my gratitude to Hillary for staying on top of the rates and the overall purchase of our home in Lubbock. She was informative and let us know all options and exactly what information we needed to provide each step of the way. That made it less daunting and overwhelming and more manageable. I was having difficulty finding a mortgage home loan that fit my budget needs, but then, I met Hillary Moussali. She went above and beyond to tailor the perfect loan. Her knowledge and expertise of the mortgage loan products available and the ability to work directly with my builder were truly impressive. I was so pleased that I took all her business cards during closing to share with my fellow teachers who are in need of a loan.

I suggest that you provide a complete list of all documents, etc. to possible clients. When we think we have provided everything needed and then we are told something more, it's quite disappointing. Sent a total list, what, who, why, etc.
We will be recommending her and her team to everyone!

As a first time home buyer, Hillary helped me understand and feel comfortable about every step of the home-buying process, as it can be a bit overwhelming with many moving parts going on at the same time. She is very thoughtful, considerate, professional and made this process very easy for us. She spent several hours on the phone walking me through the process and also made herself available whenever we had questions about the mortgage or anything throughout the process. Very helpful, would highly recommend Hillary to anyone going through the home buying process.
